A coaching relationship is very special.
Coaching is always about looking forward - from where you are today to where you want to be in the future. My focus is on your strengths and how you can use your own resources to achieve your aims. It offers you a safe place to explore what might be holding you back in an environment of compassion and care. The discussion between the coach and client is open, honest, and supportive. Most importantly, it is never judgemental or critical.
If this sounds like something that would be useful to you as you transition to a healthier life, contact me to find out more.
1:1 coaching can take place in person, via video link or over the phone. Main consultations can last between 45 and 90 minutes.
Whilst counselling is often open-ended, coaching generally has a specific time limit to achieve one or more specific goals. This is what we will discuss at our initial FREE consultation.
Many clients find a block of 8 - 12 sessions over a 2 - 3 month period is about right. I charge £95 per session for coaching with a discount for booking multiple sessions. Services such as diet log analysis, meal planning, and shopping trips may incur additional costs.
As your coach, my role is to listen to you, help you build your plan, encourage you, and help you stay on track. Your goals are always what guide us. Your journey is the one we take together.
Unlike Life Coaching, Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching does offer advice.
As your NLC, I provide my expertise regarding all aspects that might impact your wellbeing, balanced meal planning for example.
Unlike Nutrition Therapy, I help you learn how to achieve and maintain the behaviours that will serve you for the rest of your life.
Unlike any other medical practitioner, I am your ally, your champion - the friend who cheers you on, picks you up and is with you every step of the way.
