Four 'Tiny Tips' to help you make healthier choices

Updated: Jan 20, 2022

We all know how difficult it can be to lose weight, increase your energy or simply keep yourself healthy. Here are a few simple changes that can have a BIG impact.

Diets don't work

Rather than trying to give up the things you love, or throw yourself into a crash diet (they don't work), consider making some SMALL smart swaps that don't take too much willpower but do improve your wellbeing. Adding nutrient-dense foods, extra fibre, and gut-friendly choices is going to improve your health, fill you up and help you build new, healthier habits.

Top Tiny Tips

  1. Swap supermarket bread for a proper sourdough loaf from your local bakery, or make one yourself (there are loads of videos online)

  2. Swap breakfast cereal for eggs and avocado or mushrooms on toast

  3. Swap milk chocolate and sweets for dark chocolate - the darker the better ( I love Green & Blacks Ginger)

  4. Swap your saucepan for a steamer when cooking veg and put all that goodness into your body rather than down the sink!

Did you know....

it's easier to start doing something and introduce new habits than it is to stop a habit that you've been doing for years. Focus on bringing one new healthy habit into your life each month. By this time next year, you will be living a more healthy life and feeling the amazing benefits.
